Physiotherapy for NDIS Participants
Supporting You to Achieve Your Goals
At Croydon Physio, we're committed to helping NDIS participants improve their independence, mobility and quality of life. Whether you attend appointments in our clinic or require physiotherapy in the comfort of your own home, our experienced team will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that supports your goals.
We currently see self-managed NDIS participants and understand that everyone's journey is different. Our physiotherapists take the time to understand your individual needs and work closely with you, your family, carers and support team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
What is the NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government initiative that provides funding to eligible people living with a permanent and significant disability. The scheme is designed to help participants access the supports and services they need to increase independence, improve wellbeing and participate more fully in everyday life.
