Hydrotherapy (Aquatic Physiotherapy)

Rehabilitation in the Comfort of a Warm Water Pool

Hydrotherapy, also known as Aquatic Physiotherapy, is a gentle and effective way to support your recovery using the unique benefits of a warm water pool. The buoyancy of the water reduces the impact of gravity, making movement easier while helping to decrease pain, improve mobility and build strength.

Our physiotherapists will assess your condition in the clinic before developing an individualised hydrotherapy program tailored to your goals. Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition or returning to activity after an injury, hydrotherapy can be an excellent addition to your rehabilitation.
